Automated Multi-Bank Balance Consolidation

Designed and implemented an end-to-end RPA solution to automate daily balance retrieval across 34 banks, covering 700+ accounts for 300+ users. The solution handles diverse bank portals, authentication flows, and CAPTCHA scenarios, consolidating validated balances into a centralized Excel report for CFO reporting, eliminating a full-day manual process while improving accuracy, security, and turnaround time.
