- Refunds are only available for services that have not been fully rendered or completed.
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the service initiation or delivery to request a refund.

- Customized services or projects where significant work has been completed.
- Costs incurred for third-party tools or software procured for your project.

- If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has commenced but is incomplete, a partial refund may be provided. The amount refunded will depend on the level of work completed at the time of the refund request.
Cancellations
